About the role

Ensure local EEO programs incorporate the requirements of higher authority. Assist with implementing the Affirmative Action Program. Prepare and provide training to an organizations managers and employees regarding EEO programs, policies, reporting procedures, goals and initiatives. Advise on the feasibility and impact of EEO plans, policies and decisions. Track and manage EEO complaints to ensure resolutions were effective and in compliance with EEO laws, policies and procedures. Conduct fact-finding analyses of EEO cases and recommend resolutions of problems in order to resolve complaints at the lowest possible level. Prepare recurring and special one-time only reports to identify trends or barriers to the organization EEO program.
