CIVIL MECHANICAL or ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

You will serve as the primary liaison between Building Managers (BM) and support service personnel. You will manage the Building Manager Program for the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. You will provide technical and engineering direction necessary to ensure safe working facilities for the shipyard workforce. You will periodically inspect facilities and follow up on high interest work requests including performing construction/project management duties You will provide technical evaluations of current facility conditions and ensure facility meets applicable building codes and life safety standards. You will plan, assess, and coordinate all minor projects on facilities. You will ensure integration of design and construction activities and the implementation and oversight of engineering, architecture and/or scientific requirements in contracts for design or construction of minor projects.
