About the role

Serve as the principal advisor to the Commanding General and Command Group providing technical leadership and staff guidance to directors on civilian personnel actions. Develop internal management control systems to ensure that all resources are managed effectively, efficiently, and economically. Coordinate with managers regarding the implementation of reorganizations that involve mission changes and realignment of positions and personnel as well as in identifying positions that should be reclassified prior to making such changes. Conduct manpower studies and review the Joint Table of Distribution (JTD) for accuracy and update the manpower databases to reflect the current JTD. Ensure official case files are properly maintained in accordance with all regulatory guidance to support proposed or final actions.
