About the role
You will serve as a manufacturing technology and innovation senior engineer responsible for the oversight of planning, organizing, and accomplishing process improvement and technology insertion projects. You will direct, control, monitor, interpret, and seek resolution to all matters pertaining to engineering analysis. You will provide technical directions to assigned engineers and technicians in accomplishing studies. You will train and mentor lower grade technical personnel in the application of appropriate engineering and manufacturing techniques and general engineering principles. You will conduct engineering studies and technical surveys of applicability of new innovations to propulsor manufacturing processes. You will provide engineering support for implementing innovation and technology insertion initiatives and programs.
