About the role
You will apply human resources concepts, laws, policies and practices in the provision of recruitment and placement services requiring the use of internal and/or external recruitment methods. You will conduct job analyses by reviewing position descriptions and interpreting Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Position Classification and Qualifications Standards to create job opportunity announcements. You will analyze job related information to create valid and verifiable rating and ranking criteria to successfully identify best qualified candidates for referral to hiring manager. You will create job opportunity announcements, ensuring that all information is clearly and concisely presented to potential candidates, and is in compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.
