HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (COMP/CLASS)

You will prepare new compensation and classification policies, plans, programs and guidance for the organization. You will formulate program objectives, develop program policy, and conducts comprehensive analyses of pay and compensation practices and classification to ensure their conformance with federal regulations.
