Program Specialist

You will serve as a Program Specialist and be responsible for resource management, planning, implementation, and return on investment analysis in order to assess strategic and long-range business impacts on the Southwest District. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Evaluates and coordinates the distribution, classification/rating, grade/rank, and military/civilian mix of positions in the entire District.
