You will serve as a Program Analyst and be responsible for planning, analyzing and evaluating business processes and policies, and fulfill requests for information; complete data collection activities and complete broad research analysis related to program activities. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems to run reports and compile monthly data for multiple dashboard metrics. Developing Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPRs) in support of Other Government Activity (OGA) work and develops new business processes, metrics and reports as necessary. Initiating monthly burden charge FTAs totaling approximately $500K annually. Overseeing Open Obligation Validation Application (OOVA) for National Industrial Enterprise (NIE) and ensuring that units validate OOVA documents by the quarterly deadline.
