About the role
Tour of Duty: Night (8:00 pm - 6:30 am) Hours may change depending on operational needs of management. Must complete Asbestos Abatement and Confined Space Certification Training within six (6) months after appointment. Major Duties Include: Supervision Under the direction and approval of the General Insulator, the Insulator Supervisor ensures that employees are working on the established priorities and meeting the set deadlines. As required, coordinates work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors. Redirects individual workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and/or equipment failure. Informs the General Insulator Supervisor of the need to revise work schedules and re-estimates labor and other resources. Participates with the General Insulator in the initial planning of current and future work schedules, staffing needs, estimates, and recommendations as to scheduling projected work.
