Office Operations Manager

Coordinates with the Command's Security Division (J0S) to document and initiate security actions essential to support the security and integrity of operations, including personnel security clearances, badging, and visitor requests. Also manages local physical security functions, including assuring consistent compliance with USCYBERCOM, DoD, and federal requirements for secure storage, document marking and transmission, and read-in requests Briefs the J003 Chief on upcoming due dates, pending invoices, and payment status. Attends events, take notes, generates minutes and action items as appropriate, and distributes tasks as directed Provides internal and external communications management functions to support J003 operations. Collects future year travel requirements and prepares the J003 travel budget forecast. Leads analyses, documentation, and justification of J003requirements for administrative budget lines, including professional development, training, and office furniture/expendabl
