About the role
You will apply finance and budget-related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, principles, concepts and methodology used in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES). You will provide timely budgeting and execution of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Navy (RDT and EN), Other Procurement Navy (OPN), Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN), and Operations and Maintenance Navy (O and MN) appropriations. You will act as the financial team leader assigning work and managing the preparation of execution documents in accordance with program budgets, contracting, and business and financial management program planning. You will develop, coordinate, and present briefs to various management levels to support financial objectives of the Program.
