Supervisory Supply Management Specialist

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Provides comprehensive leadership and supervision to a team of government and contractor employees, overseeing all logistical support for Special Events, managing workloads, evaluating performance, and making decisions on personnel and training needs. Serves as a logistics expert and manager for the WHS Integrated Tracking System (ITS), directing daily operations in material examination, inventory control, stock replenishment, excess materials, and audit readiness. Exercises the full range of administrative and technical supervision, including establishing work priorities, recommending personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, developing performance standards, and implementing management policies. Coordinates and directs daily tasks, making technical decisions on inventory adjustments, shipping, storage, and document control to ensure the effective operation of a fully functional supply program supporting the Pentagon
