Management & Program Analyst

Serve as a Cyber Operations Administrative Analyst and lead action officer. Develop detailed plans, goals, objectives, and recommendations to resolve substantive problems and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operation for long-range implementation in assigned program area. Conduct studies and analyses to validate capability requirements in accordance with applicable policy and doctrine. Monitor the Command's Workflow Management System (WMS) Database at the direction of the CoS to ensure taskers are assigned to the appropriate J7 division for completion. Represent the organization during visits with government and industry representatives. Participate in strategic planning to improve organizational direction. Perform a broad range of civilian and military manning requirements analysis entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advanced approaches, and/or new technologies.
