PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Serves as a professional advisor providing analysis and assessment of enterprise-wide DFAS Initiatives, projects, programs, or portfolios with strategic, enterprise, or tactical impacts relative to the agency strategy. Adheres to the established DFAS Project Management Standards, including guides, templates and checklists, and tools. Prepares, updates, and provides training on the DFAS Project Management Principles, as needed. Identifies actual or potential risk areas or issues areas with current projects within the Agency.
