About the role
You will serve as an expert and advisor to senior level personnel in the organization and/or directorate regarding strategic planning and alignment with Department of Navy and Department of Defense. You will manage, lead, plan, and organize studies/projects. You will develop detailed strategic plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and program administration. You will identify and develop ways to resolve problems or cope with issues that affect the accomplishment of assigned program goals and objectives. You will develop briefing materials and conduct meetings briefings. You will independently work to assess customer needs and develop innovative approaches to satisfy customers.
