About the role
Conduct special projects and studies to analyze and evaluate HR programs recommending innovative strategies and business practices to optimize recruitment, retention, and resource management across the command. Provide expert consultation to managers on complex HR principles, Federal laws, and regulations to identify and resolve issues in functional areas such as position management, classification, recruitment, and employee relations. Manage the Overseas Employment Program and Foreign Service National (FSN)/Personnel Service Agreement (PSA) manning ensuring compliance with overseas policies and coordinating with Embassy HR and budget analysts. Execute the full range of recruitment and placement actions, including processing Recruitment Processing Actions (RPAs), coordinating with the CPAC, and initiating Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders for new employees.
