Supervisory Records and Information Management Specialist (Branch Chief)

Provides expert supervisory, technical, and administrative direction to a team of Analysts that are responsible for providing a variety of management services and guidance essential to the efficient and effective operations of USCIS. Provides program oversight and administrative direction of the operations of the Records Program. Serves as subject matter expert in a variety of functions related to Records and Information Management, management of information systems, data analysis and reporting, customer relations and process analysis. Formulates policy, performs strategic analysis and planning, conducts program outreach, coordinates training, develops metrics and ensures compliance with Federal laws, regulations and guidance and advises management on any issues. Uses broad data analysis to identify and resolve problems, investigate and determine innovative solutions to complex issues and prepares reports and/or presents recommendations.
