Supervisory Consumer Safety Officer (Division Director)

Manages the overall operations of the FDA/OII Tobacco Inspectorate which oversees nationwide matters related to the inspection, investigation, enforcement, and regulation of tobacco products and tobacco regulatory activities. Monitors and evaluates tobacco program, employee performance, and expenditure of resources needed to ensure attainment of organizational and mission goals. Interviews, fact-finds, and briefs senior management officials to effectively negotiate, justify, and defend all findings/issues and serves as the principal advisor on tobacco regulatory activities to OII leadership.
