About the role
The tour of duty may range from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This position is emergency essential; depending on the type of emergency, the employee may be required to report to work during emergency situations. The incumbent serves as the Wood Crafter (CNC) Assistant Supervisor and shares responsibility with the Wood Crafter (CNC) Supervisor for assigning, directing and reviewing the work of subordinates; evaluating their work performance, planning, scheduling and coordinating work operations; and solving problems related to the work performed by section employees. The incumbent functions as a full assistant to the Wood Crafter Supervisor with full authority to act on all matters for which the superior is responsible. Shares responsibility with the Wood Crafter Supervisor for the quality and quantity of the CNC work performed by subordinates.
