Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

Provide support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within the health care facilities or offices. Enter, upload maintain, review, and/or update health care records (e.g., patient data, patient identifiers). Assess patients' administrative needs and provide guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns. Ability to provide clear and concise directions for patient care. Perform clerical duties utilizing health care automated software.
