PROGRAM ANALYST

Serves as the Knowledge Manager for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Philadelphia District. Act as the knowledge management transformation and change agent. Responsible for working with knowledge management transformation/change agent for the organization engaged in the support of the policy, planning, innovation, sharing, collaboration and transfer of the District’s Knowledge Management. Prepares and presents information briefings requiring development of written analyses, requirements documentation, plans, and reports explaining technical and operational issues regarding Knowledge Management. Participates on project delivery teams involving the knowledge management of technical projects. Leads project delivery teams on critical initiatives. Develop plans, tasks, milestone dates, and schedules throughout the life cycle of the project. Utilizes electronic databases such as SharePoint.
