About the role
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analysis Officer, you will perform the following duties: Serve as Chief of Staff for the Center for Operational Oceanographic Products and Services (CO-OPS) responsible for office-wide programmatic, fiscal, and operational coordination. Exercise principal responsibility for staff and projects including strategic planning, fiscal execution and outyear planning, corporate communications, Congressional affairs, performance metrics, and risk management. Analyze, conduct evaluations, and advise management on program and operations effectiveness and on management efficiency and productivity. Formulate and execute strategies and initiatives to increase understanding and promotion of CO-OPS' mission and mandates.
