Human Resources Specialist

Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Advises management officials on the development of managerial and technical qualification criteria, recruitment strategies, and candidate assessment methods to attract highly qualified and diverse applicant pools for executive positions.. Coordinates and executes executive staffing and movement actions which includes recruitment strategies, panel convening, candidate assessment processes, and appointment documentation. Provides comprehensive human resources advisory and operational support to Senior Executive Service members and their staff, political appointees, and Senior Professionals across the full range of executive personnel programs.
