PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as the enterprise lead for the oversight and management of the World Class Planning Strategy across all RMCs, including FD (Det Rota and Det Bahrain), SE, MA, SW, NW, H, and SRF-JRMC (Yokosuka and Sasebo). You will develop and implement planning program policy, procedural, and operational changes, and provide strategic recommendations to CNRMC’s senior leadership on process improvements identified through studies, assessments, and internal reviews. You will interface directly with Directors and Department Heads—including Waterfront Operations, Engineering, Corporate/Business Operations, and Contracts to ensure alignment of planning processes with CNRMC and NAVSEA enterprise objectives.
