About the role
You will serve as a subject matter expert on managing, developing, and testing Radar, Antenna, Electronics Warfare Systems, and related avionics systems/components. You will perform systems engineering research, development, and life-cycle support to accomplish avionics system program goals and objectives. You will oversee and assign work assignments to subordinates, based on organizational priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments, and/or capabilities of employees. You will provide project/program management to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for avionics system project/program. You will function as a liaison with internal and external contacts to ensure assigned program needs are addressed and program goals are met. You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
