About the role
You will serve as a VESSEL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST and be responsible for promoting the safe and efficient movement of maritime traffic in an assigned geographical area, ensuring that vessel traffic is properly informed, advised and directed in order to reduce the probability of collisions, rammings, groundings and ensuing environmental damage. Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team.
