PRODUCTION TRAINING BRANCH MANAGER

You will serve as the Production Training Branch Manager responsible for the overall execution of area of responsibility (AOR), as directed by Production Training Manager. You will perform special studies and projects for the Production Resources Training Division. You will prepare and collaborate in the preparation of comprehensive analysis reports covering all phases of studies and investigations covered, conclusions reached and recommendations for improvement or corrective action. You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates for production training program work. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will deliver briefings and presentations to a variety of audiences, to include Project Managers and Command leadership.
