About the role
The HOB jurisdiction is organized in four Divisions: Client Services Division, Tenant Services Division, Facilities Operations Division and Facilities Management Division. The Operations Manager is responsible for the management and direction of the Supply Management Branch, the Budget Financial Analyst, the Management and Program Analyst, Management and Program Analyst (CAFM) and the Program Specialist. Serve as liaison with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer; the Acquisition and Material Management Division, Information Technology Division; Performance, Strategy and Innovation Division and other offices and jurisdictions of the AOC. The tour of duty for this position is Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Note: This position is emergency essential - Depending on the type of emergency the employee may be required to report to work during emergency situations.
