Health Systems Specialist

Consult on specialized information, counseling and assistance services to beneficiaries concerning eligibility for care. Analyze and respond to all inquiries received from other government agencies, civilian health care providers, military sponsors, and all other beneficiary categories. Serve as a point of contact for assisting in resolution of debt collection issues arising from care received. Develop presentations or reports with supporting or non-supporting material when necessary. Create travel authorization, processes and relays information to the patient.
