About the role
Tour of Duty: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Hours may change due to operational needs of management. Please Note: The selectee will be designated as an “Emergency Essential Employee” and will be required to work in emergency situations. Duties include but not limited to: Provide broad instructions, priorities, policies, and time limits for maintenance, repair, new construction and renovations. Review work to ensure that quality, quantity, deadlines and safety requirements are met. Supervise workers through subordinate leaders and/or supervisors in accomplishing the work of the organizational segment or group. Plan use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a yearly basis. Establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences. Identify work related problems, such as excessive costs or low productivity and determine causes and implement corrective actions to resolve.
