About the role
These positions are temporary for the 120th House and Senate Congressional Moves. The job term may end when projects are completed, or funding expires. This position will be used to fill Day and Night shifts. Shifts and Hours will be determined and or changed based on Operational Needs of Management. Journeyman level experience is required for the position. Responsibilities: -Performs a variety of work assignments involving brush, roller and spray painting. Determines color and consistency of paint required. -Selects paints from plans and specifications. Mixes pigments, thinners, and oils to produce paint that will flow evenly and consistently to ensure surfaces that have a smooth-textured and decorative appearance. -Checks masking and preparation of surface to be painted. Applies paint, selecting the proper materials and equipment to achieve an even distribution. Applies finishes to wood, metal, equipment, in interior and exterior locations using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
