INDUSTRIAL MANAGER

You will be responsible for the planning phase for all repair, alterations and modernization work on complex CNO scheduled availabilities, continuous maintenance and emergent work on assigned ships, submarines, barges, and small crafts. You will coordinate and oversee the contractor and. other Government agencies during the advanced planning functions. You will refine the required production effort during the pre-production phase of assigned availabilities and as such, coordinate, schedule and administer assigned repair work. You will provide input for funding requirements and serves as the funds manager for funds from all sources. You will resolve problems that affect the end cost, quality, schedule, and performance of availabilities or contracts by focusing management attention on these problems and directing corrective action. You will provide guidance regarding production problem resolutions, technical guidance regarding repair work, alterations, and overhaul on a variety of types
