About the role

You will review employee's service to determine employee's correct retirement and benefit coverage. You will provide technical support of the Federal Employees Retirement System/Civil Service Retirement System, Federal Employees' Health Benefits, Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance, and the Thrift Savings Plan. You will research and apply laws, regulations and policies relating to personnel programs. You will retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in identifying and resolving issues, answering questions, responding to correspondence, making decisions or preparing reports.
