SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

You will ensure the assigned human resources management activities of NCIS are conducted in compliance with laws and regulations governing the management of civilian employees. You will seek opportunities to improve individual and organizational performance through process changes and/or employee training. You will recommend changes to personnel assignments to enhance efficiency and to improve timeliness and quality of performance. You will prepare regular performance reports and publish data through a stop-light and/or other reporting format. You will provide input to budget and other resource planning events to ensure adequacy of human and capital investments.
