About the role
You will serve as a senior negotiator and recognized authority for Department of Navy International Agreements. You will develop, negotiate, and conclude International Agreements for significant armaments cooperation programs with U.S. allies and partners You will plan and analyze the trends in Department of Defense/Department of Navy International Agreements and propose solutions, to include changes to Department of Defense/Department of Navy policy, procedures, processes, and IT systems. You will develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and program administration. You will perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties for the assigned organization.
