PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a supportive analyst synchronizing, coordinating, and integrating all Department of the Navy Principal Cyber Advisor (DON PCA) cyber activities budget initiatives. You will actively participate in the formulation and execution of PCA strategic goals and policies. You will lead DON PCA office budget and financial management, including all organizational budget formulation, tracking, and reporting. You will collaborate with the subject matter experts in other DON and Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) elements to negotiate, decide on, and/or coordinate strategic, programmatic, and budgetary initiatives. You will analyze management problems and provide advice and insight about the probable effects of alternative solutions to the problems.
