Business Operations Manager

Tour of Duty: Monday-Friday hours range from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexible start and end times, subject to approval by supervisor This is an Essential-Employee Position. The employee will be required to report to work during emergencies AND inclement weather situations. Work schedule will include mandatory overtime on holidays AND weekends on a regular and recurring basis. The individual selected for this position will: Supervisory Performs the full range of supervisory responsibilities including time and attendance, leave, performance management, employee development, and discipline for a diverse team of tradespeople and professionals. Provides advice, counsel, and directions to employees related to work and administrative matters.
