About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide facilities management expertise while ensuring high-quality service delivery in support of United States House of Representatives, their staff, and the visiting public. Tour of Duty: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Duties include but not limited to: Analyze work requirements and determine manpower requirements and equipment needed to accomplish the work. Oversee daily operations of shops within the branch; implement innovative changes in work organization and function assignments to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness. Oversee a comprehensive suite of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with world-class hospitality standards. Track and analyze metrics such as customer satisfaction, response times, resource utilization, and service quality to measure performance against organizational goals.
